THE ADMISSION DOCUMENT DATED 21 JULY 2015
The Company has issued an amended Admission Document to take into account the following changes:
- Blue Doe Gold Plc has not entered into the Lock – In and Orderly Marketing Agreement referred to in paragraph 14.1.2 of Part 5 of the Admission Document headed “Material Contracts”; and
- The authority given to the Directors of the Company to allot equity securities prior to the publication of the Admission Document amounts to a total of £32,500 pursuant to further resolutions of the Company to allot shares.
