NQ Minerals Issue of Equity correction and total voting rights

On January 27, 2017 –  NQ Minerals (the “Company”) (ISDX: NQMI) announced that it had issued 1,785,720 new shares and that, following the issue of the new shares, the Company had 157,522,629 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.  This was incorrect and the total number of issued shares (and therefore voting rights) in the Company should have been stated as 162,522,629.

The above figure of 162,522,629 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

As announced at the Company’s IPO in July 2015, Tarver Partners holds 100,000,000 shares in the Company which now represents 61.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.  Walter Doyle, who is a director of the Company is the ultimate beneficiary of Tarver Partners.

All Star Minerals plc holds 5,519,545 shares in the Company which represents 3.4 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
