David Lenigas is a qualified Mining Engineer with a Western Australian First Class Mine Managers Certificate. He has extensive corporate experience at Chairman and CEO level on many of the world’s leading stock exchanges.
Adrian has a Bachelor of Mining Engineer (Honours) with a master’s degree in Commerce, Professional Accounting, both from the University of New South Wales, Sydney and is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand. Adrian has over 15 years’ experience financing the mining sector from corporate financing facilities to the majors, to highly structured and project specific financing for the junior space, mainly covering precious and base metals within Russia/CIS, EMEA and Asia Pac regions.
Richard brings a wealth of experience as a successful businessman and entrepreneur, with a strong record of serving on boards of public companies. A qualified Barrister, Richard was Chairman and CEO of AIM quoted Sirius Minerals Plc, where he oversaw the transformation of the company into a substantial potash company. He is currently Chairman of Wishbone Gold Plc, which was one of the top performing mining shares on AIM in 2020. He is also Chairman of Valereum Blockchain Plc, quoted on AQUIS, which is at the forefront of blockchain technology linked to securities. Richard has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford and an MBA from the London Business School.
Over 30 years experience in operations, engineering, design, study and project management, with industry leading knowledge of concentrator design, particularly comminution and flotation circuit design. Currently Chief Technical Officer at Ausenco. Started his career as a senior Metallurgist at Hellyer Gold Mines.
Mr. Puil currently serves as the founder and Managing Partner of RIVI Capital LLC which is a private equity fund focused on precious metals and providing investors direct access to physical metal exposure. Kevin is a financier and has a wealth of experience in the mining sector. He has previously worked as an investment analyst and portfolio manager in both Canada and the US and is a CFA charter holder.
